Turkey Pot Pie

Turkey Pot Pie 

Instead of throwing out your left over protein this season, i suggest you utilize your ingredients. Convert it into a snack by baking . below is a turkey recipe from left overs.

NOTE – your ingredient is dependent on the quantity you are making.


  • 1 package (about 9 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables of your choice (carrots, green beans, corn, peas), thawed
  • 1/2 cup cubed cooked turkey or any protein of choice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/2 cup turkey, beef, or chicken stock of choice
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Stir the stock, vegetables, turkey and 1/2 cup milk in a 9-inch pie plate.

Step 3

Stir the remaining milk, the egg and baking mix in a small bowl.  Spread the batter over the turkey mixture.

Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Enjoy over tea, smoothie, ice-cream, yogurt, soda. or any drink drink of your choice.

NOTE! For vegan/or vegetarian substitute for turkey, use jackfruit and season properly.
